Could anyone give me some good tips on becoming a film director?

I may only be 15 years old, but I am very serious about becoming a film director. I have been searching the internet trying to find some tips, but I have not found anything worthwhile, so if anyone could give me something, that would be great. Also, if anyone could tell me how I would go about getting a meeting with a film production company about pitching a movie idea? Thanks
